Pixelify

Upload a picture and Pixelify resamples it onto a grid from 2×2 up to 128×128, reading one colour from the centre of each cell on a hidden canvas and previewing the result beside the original as you drag the slider. The output is plain HTML and CSS rather than an image: one class per colour and a div per pixel laid out in a CSS grid, ready to copy to the clipboard or download as a page you can host anywhere.
